We offer a complete pre-owned functional Balzers - Pfeiffer QMG-421 mass spectrometer system. This is the hi resolution, high stabilty, high sensitivity system with a mass range 1-128 amu. It has the 16mm dia, 300mm length Molybdenum quadrupole rod system.

The pack consists of the following components:

• QMH400-1 RF generator, suitable for 1 - 128 amu mass range
• QMG421C power supply and controller
• QMA400 (model QMA410) hi stable, hi res, hi sensitivity quadrupole analyzer with Faraday detector and off axis (90 degrees) SEM detector
  A analyzer has the 16mm dia 300mm length quadrupole Molybdenum rod system
• Documentation pack (hardware & software) - 3 binders
• Quadstar 421 software package

The images currently show the QMG421 controller sitting inside a 19” rack. The RF generator is also mounted inside the rack. The QMA410 analyzer is currently build inside a UHV chamber with heating chamber around it.

We would remove the analyzer from the chamber and ship it well packed, including the removed RF generator, QMG421 controller, related parts, interconnecting cables, software and documentation as a complete kit.
