We offer a complete VG quadrupole triple mass filter analyzer from stock. The analyser is compatible with 200 & 300 amu RF generators. The analyzer has been fully refurbished, cleaned & tested to as new specification.

The refurbishment included:

- mass filter rods and general parts cleaned
- ion source refurbished
- new focus and source plates
- new filament kit/set
- refurbished SEM (electron multiplier)
- tested to as new specification

The analyzer is equipped with a DN63CF high vacuum flange and is shown in below image,
lying down at the back (largest analyzer)
