  • Vacuüm chamber: BAK 760 box coater
  • Prevacuum pump : BOC Edwards EPX dry pump
  • High vacuum pump : CTI onboard cryo pump with 9600 compressor
  • Balzer ESG110 single pocket electron-beam evaporator
  • FerroTec Genius programmable controller with AP&T Carrera HVP 5.2 high voltage power supply
  • Maxtek MDC-360C thin film deposition controller

If required, Fergutec can completely refurbish the BAK760 according to your wishes, application and/or company standardisation. (vacuum pumps, vacuum measuring equipment, power supplies and PLC controller, etc.)
