The main advantage of doing a retrofit of your own old system is that you can continue the traditional production process, give your system a second life and save a lot of money ! After careful deliberation we determine which parts of the system need to be replaced or refurbished. Pump groups, DC and RF power supplies, mechanical components, valves, etc. will be replaced or refurbished. Old analoque control units will be replaced with the proper PLC-based control system and a new custom-made graphic user interface. Examples are; National Instruments Fieldpoint and Siemens S7 PLC's in combination with Labview or WinCC, when neccessary with touch screen panel display control.

In case of such a retrofit, you'll get a completely "new" system at a considerably lower price, but with the same functionality and quality of a new system. Our retrofit service is available for all systems which are for sale at our website or for systems which are currently in use at your company or plant. We also offer 'new' retrofitted systems. In that case it is always mentioned in the detailed system information.
